The brief

Our 2017 debut purchase was secured through pre-auction negotiations. Despite its 2000s build, the rental property showed wear, with smoke-stained walls and neglected outdoor areas. However, it offered a solid foundation for transformation. This strategic acquisition, overcoming typical rental challenges, set the stage for an exciting renovation project, promising to turn a neglected space into a desirable home.

Transformation & results

We executed a refresh, elevating the property inside and out. The interior received a sophisticated grey-white paint scheme, brightening the space. Street appeal improved with façade repainting and landscaping. We incorporated wood features throughout and resurfaced the kitchen. These improvements enhanced the property's appeal and value, showcasing our renovation expertise.
