The brief

In 2022, we acquired this property off-market, attracted by its 1980s federation-style architecture. Our vision was to infuse our unique aesthetic into the existing charm. This project exemplifies our approach to property enhancement: preserving character while introducing modern elements. We embarked on a thoughtful renovation journey, aiming to elevate the property's appeal by blending its historical essence with contemporary design sensibilities.

Exterior transformation

Our exterior renovation adopts a methodical, zone-by-zone approach. We began by revitalizing the landscape, clearing the front yard and removing intrusive pine trees along the neighbour's boundary. The backyard underwent a similar transformation, with a complete redesign of the garden bed. Fence work followed, with salvageable sections repainted and rotted portions replaced. This ongoing process enhances both the property's aesthetics and functionality.
