The brief

Purchased at an online auction during COVID lockdowns in Melbourne in 2021, this brick veneer home had solid bones but needed a major refresh. Despite its sturdy structure, the property had been neglected over the years. It required a comprehensive update to both the exterior and interior to bring it back to its former glory, making it a desirable home once again.

How we transformed the property

We overhauled the exterior by restoring the roof, fascia, gutters, paving, and balustrade. Brickwork and windows were refurbished, and new landscaping was added. The backyard was cleared of old shrubs, weeds, and rubbish, and boundary fences were installed. Inside, we revealed beautiful hardwood floors under old carpet and let natural light flood in, creating a vibrant, inviting atmosphere.
