The brief

Our clients have approached us to project manage renovations for all 4 units in a prime corner block site in Macquarie, Canberra. Having owned the properties (subdividing and building 3 units) over 15 years ago, the properties are all in need of some attention.

We will be managing the end to end process for landscaping (including design), bathrooms, kitchens, fencing, flooring, painting, plaster, electricians, plumbers along with engaging and working with water and electricity authorities.

Progress to date

The project has kicked off with preliminary site investigations to assess underlying issues, floor plans, scope of work, visualisations for landscape designs, kitchen & bathroom layouts, and general interior planning. Early stage planning sets the foundations for a free-flowing design.

We will go through a rigorous procurement process to engage high-quality trades through our network before kicking off early-stage works in the coming months. The team is committed to maintaining clear communication and ensuring transparency throughout the project.
